Business model
TracTechnology’s business model is built on the sales, installation and maintenance of RFID solutions within several selected application areas. This creates business opportunities in the form of revenue from system packages, installation, hardware and labor, as well as a basic charge followed by a recurrent licensing fee. Additional revenue comes from the sale of expendable materials, such as RFID tags. MeatTrac also generates additional revenues in the form of solution licenses, expertise and patents to international clients and partners.
