AccessTrac

Convenient parking payment and traffic control

  • Do your employees have difficulties finding available parking spaces?
  • Do environmental reasons motivate you to reduce the number of cars driven to work?
  • Do you have to use a parking company to empty parking vending machines and to check that parking payments have been made?

Parking management

The parking management system AccessTrac allows you to achieve positive results for finances, traffic and the environment through three-fold traffic control:

  • Physical obstacles, i.e. automatic bars with access control
  • Information control with current availability information upon each entry
  • Financial control via variable parking rates for different times, categories of parkers and parking lots.

Time spent searching for an available parking space is minimized and flexible payment control helps to prevent traffic jams during rush hour traffic. More people choose another type of transportation when paid parking is introduced and the investment quickly starts to pay off.

The user (driver) pays for used time after the fact according to a variable rate – no cash handling or worrying about your parking time expiring. Reading and authorization control is performed by a card inside the car – you don’t need to stop and insert a payment card or receive a parking slip from a machine.

The GateTrac system is built with tried and tested components for problem-free operation.

GateTrac is an easily operated, flexible system with traffic and parking control with automatic touch-free identification and validation control for entry and exit of parking lots. Touch-free cards are much more operationally secure than cards with a contact chip and cannot be decoded like traditional cards with a magnetic strip. A valid card opens the arm for passage. Information about parking time is stored in a database for reporting to a payroll system for wage deductions, for instance.

The system can easily be expanded in the future and there is great flexibility in the adaptation of functions and linking of different units. Management of the system is very convenient and several carefully designed functions provide powerful management tools. System users have easy-to-use functions in a traditional Windows environment. Statistics make planning and control of parking lot utilization easy.
