Anti-theft protection marking at the workplace

An example of a reader
Our system simplifies administration
when loaning or renting out tools and equipment to construction sites.
- An RFID tag is placed on every tool, appliance or product available for loan or rental.
- When equipment is loaned out, the ID-06 badge of the person borrowing it is read followed by the respective tag on the piece of equipment.
- The system checks if the person is approve in the registry and all data is saved in order to control when the equipment is returned.
- If a receipt of the loan is requested, it occurs at the push of a button.
- Our system works as an anti-theft protection marking on construction sites through that every unit has a tag that can be read with an RFID reader.
Our system is built on a solution with fixed RFID readers, handheld readers or rugged mobile telephones with an RFID shell. The RFID readers read the Mifare tags. Mifare chips work on a frequency of 13.56 MHz.
Reading can also occur when loading a vehicle. The reader can communicate with a PC on the truck outfitted with a GPRS communication device, sending a message that the load has been picked up and is on its way.
At the job site, it is important that every building element is read when goods are unloaded from the vehicle. Thus information can be received about the person who should have the equipment.
